I am a Certified ASHI Inspector as well, and am required to complete continued education annually. I'm a member in good standing of the Arizona BTR, the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce and PAAR.
Husband and Wife Team
We assure that you will find Wolverine to be honest, timely, dependable, and understanding of your needs. As a husband and wife team you are taken care of by us personally from the very first contact with us. We will walk you through the entire inspection process, give you a through and comprehensive report with lots of pictures, and will be there for you to answer any questions. We inspect your home as if it were going to buy it ourselves and will do everything in our power to help any way we can. We practice the Golden Rule and will treat everyone involved with respect on every transaction.
Additional Experience
As a certified Firefighter I 'm trained to evaluate your home and property for fire dangers . I served my country with pride and am a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.
As a Certified Advanced Radon Measurement Service Provider we can provide you with a comprehensive and detailed 48 hour radon monitoring test.
We have added Thermo Imagery Cameras to your inspection to locate and verify hidden leaks that are not visible to the naked eye.
Mold Testing also has been added to our in house testing services .We are certified and will perform a professional test with lab results. We use high quality equipment and a national lab to be sure your results are correct. All tests may be scheduled in conjunction with your home inspection, or as stand alone services.
